As part of our ongoing commitment to connect top international nursing talent with opportunities in Germany, Cura Global Talents (formerly IPP Care) recently conducted a successful recruitment initiative in São Paulo, Brazil.
Together with our partners, including Klinikum Osnabrück, we engaged directly with aspiring nurses through in-person interviews and information sessions. The visit included outreach to universities and clinics — providing us with a deeper understanding of Brazil’s professional standards and the values that guide local healthcare education.
“My experience shows that trips to the countries of origin – with visits to clinics and universities – deepen the understanding of different ways of working and professional conditions enormously. These intercultural insights help us to prepare our team specifically for upcoming challenges and to optimally design the integration of new employees. We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who participated and helped make the initiative a success — especially to our local partners and candidates for their warmth and enthusiasm” said Sebastian Winter, the head of international nursing staff at Klinikum Osnabrück.
We’ll be back in Brazil this June!
