For the purpose of potential employment and providing you with information, we process your personal data: name, surname, e-mail, phone number, your request and CV. Such processing is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, point b) of the GDPR).

For the purpose of publishing a review on our website regarding our work, we process your name and surname, photograph, job title and the text of your review, based on your consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, point b) of the GDPR).

When you interact with us via our official pages on social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn), we may also process your public profile information (e.g., name, profile photo), as well as your messages, comments, or other interactions. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in communicating with the public and promoting our services (Article 6, paragraph 1, point f) of the GDPR). Please note that the respective platform providers also process your data as independent controllers.

III. With whom do we share your personal data (recipients of personal data)

We share your personal data with DigitalOcean Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Cloudways, which provides the hosting services for our website.

On our website, we use Google Analytics based on your consent. In this regard, we process certain personal data such as the number of users that access the websites monthly, bounce rates, etc, and transfer such data to the USA. Google LLC is listed on the Data Privacy Framework list, which ensures an adequate level of data protection. Consent for the use of Google Analytics is obtained via a cookie consent banner upon your first visit.

When you interact with us through our official pages on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, your personal data may also be processed by the respective platform providers. Also, for these platforms, we use Page Insights to obtain aggregated analytics about interactions with our social media pages, under joint controllership agreements with the respective providers.

IV. Transfer of personal data to other countries

When we use services provided by Meta Platforms, LinkedIn, and Google personal data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA only when necessary, and always under appropriate safeguards such as the Data Privacy Framework, if it applies.

V. Retention period

For the purpose of potential employment and providing you with information, we process your personal data only for as long as is necessary to achieve the specific purpose for which the data was collected. Once that purpose has been fulfilled, the personal data is deleted.

When the processing is based on your consent, we process your data until the consent is withdrawn. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

VI. Your rights regarding the processing of personal data

In relation to the processing of personal data, you have the following rights: Right of Access, Right to Rectification, Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten), Right to Restriction of processing and Right to withdraw consent.

You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

We are obliged to act upon your request within 30 days, which period may be extended for another 60 days in justified cases, about which you will be promptly informed. Handling your requests to exercise your rights is completely free of charge.

At the same time, you can lodge a complaint with the State Commissioner at any time if you believe that the processing of personal data is not in accordance with the relevant regulations in the field of personal data protection. Providing data for the purpose of potential employment is mandatory for the possible establishment of an employment relationship. Providing data related to reviews of our work is not required and does not constitute a contractual or legal obligation.
